Be The Change

Year of Creativity 2008 – YOC – is a site designed to stimulate creativity.

The first initiative in the YOC project is “Be the Change”, an entertaining and ironic way of expressing our multiple identities through a set of highly original, personalized business cards.

So I went through the selection and handpicked these six cards which I think best represent me and my multiple personalities multifaceted personality.   I wonder… do these biz cards feel like they belong to the same person who made this vision board

If you’re in the mood, visit the site – I am sure you will find a card (or cards) that tickles your fancy.  Once you personalize them, they’re in a ready-to-print format so you can also pass them out… you know, if you’re “that guy”.

Where the Wild Things Are

Remember that creepy Stephen King movie called Cat’s Eye?  The movie about a tiny, evil troll who lives behind the skirting board of little Drew Barrymore’s bedroom that comes out at night when she is sleeping to suck away her breath and life?  Well, this should rekindle those fears…

Kage no Sekai

“Although at first glance it looks like a regular wooden table, if you look at the shadows on its surface you’ll see the movement of mysterious life forms. When you approach it to have a better look, they sense your presence and hide away. They do not emerge while human shadows are cast over the table, but the life forms hiding within a distant shadow are watching them.”

Feathers Will Be Flyin’

Don’t forget!  Saturday the 22nd is official World Pillow Fight Day.  Organized fights will be taking place in over 25 cities across the globe for feather flyin’ fun.

The Rules:

Soft pillows and teddy bears only + Swing lightly, many people will be swinging at once + Do not swing at people without pillows or with cameras + Remove glasses beforehand + The event is FREE and appropriate for ALL AGES

This event was conceived by The Urban Playground Movement, a loose network of urban events organisers across the globe who all share the same mission of injecting fun and play into the urban architecture.

I wonder if they organized the Pie Fight or the Cardboard Tube Fight?
